The full redesign
Yes, it’s actually live. Since the site never launched publicly, we keep the finished redesign running on a demo environment (winsurance.vercel.app) so you can click through the real thing yourself.
The Business
Warner Insurance was a local insurance agency with a website that had clearly been around for a while. The business itself was legitimate, but the website didn’t do a great job showing that. For many small businesses, this is exactly what happens. The company keeps serving customers, but the website slowly falls behind.
The Problem
The old site felt dated. It was hard to scan, the design didn’t create much confidence, and it didn’t make the next step obvious for someone who needed a quote. That matters because most people will judge a business quickly online, especially when money, protection, or personal information is involved.

What We Designed
We redesigned the site around a cleaner, more professional first impression. The new direction keeps the focus on what visitors actually need: understanding the agency, seeing the insurance options, and getting in touch without digging around.
This project is a good example of what we mean by website transformation. It’s not just about making a site look nicer. It’s about helping a real business make a better first impression and giving visitors a clearer path to take action.
